Fair, Impartial, Timely & Consistent Outcomes

Since the creation of Division 3 by General Assembly, the primary focus was to ensure the public has faster access to the Court system and to reduce the time it takes to reach final resolution in their cases.  

We have met and exceeded these expectations. 

All statistics are provided based upon actual filing numbers.  The AOC publication titled "Behind the Bench" placed Division 3 as #1 in the Commonwealth on electronic filing as of May 2026.   Since the beginning, we have worked & trained other Courts in the electronic process.
